The Fish Biology Laboratory at Northern Michigan University specializes in the ecology and physiology of fish, particularly those species found in and around the Northern Great Lakes. A particular area of interest is in migration biology and the physiological and ecological determinants of migratory behavior in salmonids and other taxa.
